Growing Up Jesus—”The Pioneer of Our Faith” (Part II of IV)

Monday March 30, 2015

Good morning, Everyone!

Welcome to my BLOG and don’t forget that I’m re-blogging last year’s four-part series of the Easter Story. Today is Part II of IV and I hope you’ll be blessed in special ways and brought closer to the LOVE of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Today’s blog is all about that LOVE. It’s just wonderful, too!

Have a week like no other and keep your eyes and thoughts on HIM.

Love,

Margaret

Good Morning and Happy Monday!!

There’s just so much to write about today, so I’ll get right to the heart of the matter: Jesus’s  heart, in fact! Most of us associate the heart with the word love. So if we combine both heart and Jesus, we have Jesus’s LOVE. Here’s what the Bible says about LOVE:

Corinthians 1:13

13  “Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.  And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.  And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.

Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does…

The Greatest Gift of All—Baby Jesus (Part I of IV)

Monday, March 14, 2016

Welcome to Monday Blog, Everyone!!

EASTER is almost here and I’m delighted to re-post my Easter Series! I hope you will all be blessed in way ways that only He can, as we revisit the life and death of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

**********

Happy Monday, Everyone!!

Starting today, I’ll be re-blogging my four-part Easter Series from last year. There’s nothing new, it’s the same old, incredibly wonderful story of Jesus, from His birth to His death. Since forgiveness is always my personal theme in our precious lives, and Easter is what forgiveness is all about—Jesus dying for our sins, not His, so we could be forgiven, I share this with you all, once again. We must never forget what Jesus did for ALL of us: He paid the greatest price of all, with His Life, for our forgiveness and here is His story…

Good morning, everyone!!

I’m so grateful to be here on this Monday morning blogging away as usual. Thank you, Jesus!!

Speaking of Jesus, baby Jesus in fact, is what today’s blog is all about. Ya know, some days I’ll be thinking of Jesus and what He means to me. I love Him so much and I become consumed with questions…like how can ANYONE not want to know Jesus if they have the opportunity? Is it just me?

I saw that movie, The Son of God, a couple of days ago and it was both so incredibly heart-wrenching and heart-melting, that I cried throughout the whole movie. When it was over, my sweet husband and I just sat there, trance-like for quite a while. We didn’t speak, we just sat there in deep thought.  What was interesting though, is that when we finally rose from our seats to leave, we realized the rest of the full theater…

So You’re Afraid of the Devil?

Monday, March 2, 2015

Happy Monday Blog, Everyone!!

May blessings abound on all you who may still be snowed under across this beautiful country of  ours. Special blessings to those of you who have braved this winter and not gone postal!! It’s been horrific for many and I salute you!!

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of sound mind.” – Timothy 1:7

I’m sharing some awesome wisdom with you today and hope you may find it worthwhile:

*”If you want victory, you must expose the place of your doubts and fears. Many of us are not willing to do that. The devil has intimidated so many of us that we hide our eyes from the sunshine of God’s light. There is really nothing to be afraid of when it comes to the devil.

Do you know what FEAR is? False Evidence Appearing Real. You can be fooled by false evidence. Take a bank robber with his hand in his coat pocket pretending it is a gun. His power comes from the power of deception. His power is the power of FEAR!

Friends, victory’s arrows cannot be shot through closed windows. Is there any area of your life that you have been unwilling to open the window on? Turn your face to the light and give it to GOD. Let in the Light.”

My prayer for us all this week is that we fear not, allowing us to connect to all that’s GOOD inside us, manifesting itself in the ways of LOVE and KINDNESS to all those we meet, no matter when or where.

The devil exits on fear. Don’t fall for it!! He thrives on our fear of him. Tell him to get away from you and GOD will see that he does. It’s that simple.

GOD is Good! GOD is Great!!

I love you all…let’s all pray for each other.

Margaret

“Learn to get in touch with the silence within yourself and know that everything in this Life has a purpose. There are no mistakes, no coincidences. All events are blessings given to us to learn from.”     –  Elisabeth Kubler-Ross

*Thanks so much to my dear friend, Delores Robbins Peck who shared Adrian Rogers’ wonderful Sunday Bible Meditation with me this week! You certainly walk your Faith, my incredible childhood friend!! I love you the most!
